"I hate Barney" "Barney is Gay" "Barney Ruined my Life" "Barney is annoying"
I'm guessing the people who keep saying this stuff are grown individuals who don't have anything better to do than complain about a show that they did or didn't watch as a child, and don't ever have to watch again.
I doubt they're grown, but it's their opinon I guess. I personally didn't like barney either but then it came out when I was already "grown".

I know theyre such losers. Who cares what some loser kid thinks about Barney. It was great when I was growing up.
shareI agree here. Just because people are grown doesn't mean they have to hate a show they loved as a kid. I still love Barney, mainly because of my childhood. I don't mind if someone hates Barney, but it's when they piss off fans because they like him that bugs me.
