Best thing about this movie is Sophie Marceu, definitely..she saved this movie from being really bad..The script is problematic, filled with holes, story did had potential..it might be the only time in a Bond movie that i actually wanted to root for a villain, that's how good she was..

I just watched it again and it's a hoot. Not like Craig's serious Bond - depressing.
Marceau is one of my favourite Bond Girls thanks to a great performance and a great character.
I didn't mind the rest of the film at all, and I think it's underrated. I'm not saying there aren't story holes, but I think it's one of the better Bonds out there. Believe it or not, it's my favourite of Brosnan's tenure as 007. It's got a lot of great stuff in it, from the minisub chase at the top of the film to the skiing, the casino, the x-ray specs, and of course, Sophie Marceau.
