If I remember correctly, the ending scene takes place "one year later" right? So in one year Kevin got married to Corrine, Sonny got a job and knocked up (and possibly married) Layla and the baby was old enough to be able to take out to a bar?

1 year, 3 months and 6 days later is what it says as they walk up to Hooters. I assume he knocked up like that night of the trial or something for it to be even remotely feasible.

They baby was tiny. He looked maybe 0-3 months tops. So she could have gotten pregnant 3-6 months after the trial.

The tables definitely turned. Vanessa and Sid both end up at Hooters after the 5 years plan goes awry.
