Their relationship is quite well ended with the death of their mortal shells.
However, kevinlunn22, I might suggest reading the original books, if you truly wish to delve further into their relationship. Much more is explored and espoused in those books, even going so far as to being able to experience some if it through their children.
The story as told by Frank Herbert, though, marches thoroughly into the far future after Children of Dune.
