List of Deleted Scenes.

Is there a complete list of deleted scenes anywhere to be found on the Internet?
I have seen all of the deleted scenes included in the extras of the The Sopranos box set containing all the seasons but they seemed to of slim pickings. Not included for example was a deleted scene from the 2nd season that showed Tony driving his family home from the funeral and grumbling about Janice and Richie. And there would seem to be others since Johnny Sack is credited with appearing in Proshai, Livushka (the episode where Livia Soprano dies) despite never been seen on screen, while the original DVD set of the 3rd season featured a still of Silvio speaking to AJ while the latter was ditching class in Mr Ruggerio's Neighbourhood.

And I thought I remembered seeing, during the original airing of the 2nd season a montage set to Italian music of Tony cavorting with the lovers he's had throughout his life, including Carmela, and growing progressively balder with each flashback leading to the present. Did I imagine this or get completely mixed up with a different show or movie? Although I was fairly certain that it was The Sopranos.
