'Free Enterprise' EXTENDED EDITION

Folks,

Here's the story with the upcoming Anchor Bay "Free Enterprise" special edition. Unfortunately, the delay with the release of the disc lies squarely with me, the humble Director. Hopefully, you may see the double-disc by the end of the year.

Here's what I've been preparing...

An entirely new Anamorphic Transfer of the "Extended Edition," incorporating six minutes of footage back into the movie, including the "Shatner Speech" which appeared only as a deleted scene in the first release.

Also...some new CGI in the "Logan's Run" dream sequence.

A new, 5.1 audio mix.

TWO new commentaries...one with myself and Mark Altman and the other with myself, Eric McCormack, Rafer Weigel and William Shatner. Shatner was recorded seperately, but it's worth it...I promise.

An entirely new version of the documentary "Where No Fan Has Gone Before: Making Free Enterprise." This new version is 69 minutes, 30 seconds long and incorporates over forty minutes of NEVER BEFORE seen behind the scenes footage, outtakes and deleted scenes.

More Deleted Scenes

Etc...

Hope this answers some questions...

Mr Burnett,

Thanks for the update on Free Enterprise SE. I look forward to the release even though I already own it on DVD, I hope that I will be able to convince my girlfriend that I NEED it...

Could we get an update on FE2:MBGW??? I am very much looking forward to it and to be perfectly honest, I though the production quality of the original Free Enterprse was great.

Thank you for the information and any additional information you would like to offer.
