Opening fight scene - Homage to young David Silver

I know it isn't THE opening scene, but the fight scene where young Robert kicks the bully's ass for saying Han Solo was cooler than Capt. Kirk is a full-on homage to young David Silver from Beverly Hills 90210. The bully totally looks like Steve Sanders. And who amongst us didn't think David deserved to kick Steve's pompous ass in those early 90210 episodes?

Mr. Taylor,

While you are incorrect...that's a damn amusing speculation.

In a bit of strangeness, I saw Ian Zeiring last night at the Arclight when I went to see "Thank You for Smoking."

Yeah, maybe it is just a coincidence they resemble David Silver and Steve Sanders. Although, in the scene where Mark is out to dinner with the depressed girl who wants to be a shrink, she tells a story about how she was the only person in her college class to not receive the answers to the tests. This is also the plot of an early 90210 episode. And the person who was supplying the answers to the tests ... Steve Sanders. Thanks for the Ian Ziering heads up, by the way. I was already thinking about going to see Thank You For Smoking this weekend, and you just clinched it for me.
