I missed the beginning...

I was watching this on TV one Saturday night (I know, I know...) on Space up here in Canada, and I missed the beginning of the first scene with young Mark or Rob. I wanted to know what the problem was that imaginary William Shatner had to help out young Mark with, and how it's solved when he goes to see his mom in the bank line.

P.S. The DVD SHOULD be arriving to me soon, but I've been having some problems with the ebay store that sold it to me (it's been two months).

Mark and his friends are in line for for the first showing of 'Star Trek: The Motion Picture' in their town, but they are too late to get into the cinema when not with an adult so thats why Mark runs to get his Mum.
