16e century monk

Hi all,

I saw the movie yesterday (and liked it, like I alway's do with movies where Sandra Bullok play's in).

At the end there is told something about love which (true or not) a 16e century monk once said. I have to write a speach for a wedding, and I might wanna use this.

Does anyone know the exact text, or a place where I can find more info about it?

Thanks!

I wish I could help you, but I've run into serious trouble myself locating the script. Have you found the text yet, because I'm in the same dilemma you are.

The quote is:

"Quoting Bishop Jeremy Taylor, 'Marriage hath in it less of beauty but more of safety, than the single life; it hath more care, but less danger, it is more merry, and more sad; it is fuller of sorrows, and fuller of joys; it lies under more burdens, but it is supported by all the strengths of love and charity, and those burdens are delightful.'"
