The song is
Touch & Go - Would You...?

But I think it's a remix version but there's not a massive difference :)

I know you weren't looking for the location but that was shot at the "South of the Boarder" off I-95 in South Carolina. It's a tourist site full of rides, food and shopping for tired interstate travelers. There's even lodging there. Just thought I'd post that here.
