Its funny how when Billy Bob fell out right before Lance knee got wrecked. The whole stadium was just concerned with Lance even the medics. He woke up to no one giving a damn about him

Like Mainwaring said, he only passed out for like a second or two. He dropped, got back up and saw Lance on the ground. So yes, no one cared but cause no one knew.
