Cop propaganda?

The good cop's a white dude.

The bad cop's a black dude.

Given how American cops like killing black dudes now, could this be a preemptive attempt at pro-cop propaganda? Are they trying to make out that black people can't be cops because they're inherently corrupt?

Considering it was directed by a black guy, starred a black guy, and the shoot was "overseen" by predominantly black gangs...I'd have to say your question is bordering on stupid.
