I didn't notice until like my 10th viewing that Todd was checking her for a wire and not just being pervy.

The first time, I thought it was to draw attention to the scar on her back. It wasn't until the second time I saw it that I realized he was checking for a wire because they never bring up the scar later in the film.

Or, maybe Todd DID just want to see Ronna in her bra for a little bit, and knew making her think he was looking for a wire because he was a drug dealer would trick her into showing herself. And then he pretended to be worried about 20 lousy hits. And certainly not that crunchy herbal rave shyt.
