I've always thought so, at least
sharei'm 100% sure she was heavily photoshopped for the cover/poster, because Sarah Polley looks very different there then she does in the movie/real life. Don;t know why they felt the need to do that, since she's a lovely looking woman.
Posters do that alot with actresses. Usually to make their boobs bigger.
