Was this a Beyond Belief episode??

This was VERY creepy I remember! A teen boy lived on a farm next door to an old man who also was a farmer. The boy would always jump the fence and trespass on the old man's land to fish in his pond, which the old man caught him doing it and told his father to make his son stop trespassing. For some reason the boy jumped the fence one more time and the old man saw him and started yelling and chasing after him. The boy ran away from him and escaped, but the old man ended up tripping on some farm equipment and fell with his arms going into a huge wood chipper. The old man was left there screaming from the chipper destroying his arms while the boy ran away. Some time later [I assume many weeks or months], the old guy comes to the boy's house and tells his dad he needs some help on his farm since he has no arms anymore. The dad makes the son go over to his house and be his helper for a while, during which time the boy has a terrible feeling of guilt and confusion as to why the old man never told anyone that it was the boy's fault he had lost his arms. There were many times when the boy was totally creeped out by the man. One time, the man told him to clean the gutters with a ladder and he kept allowing the ladder to slip so the boy would fall. Another time, he told him the chipper was jammed and instructed him to reach inside and pull out what was stuck inside while assuring him that he would hold the brake down with his foot. The boy pulled out a hard object to which the old man exclaimed "That there is a piece of my bone!" and gave him a strange look. Another time, the boy was curious about something the man was burying in the backyard and went to snoop about it. He unwrapped the bundle and it was the old man's bloody and cut up arms that he lost in the chipper. After that I think the man hinted that he had cursed the boy somehow... Later on, we learn that the boy had been really excited for awhile about one of his horses giving birth to a new foal any day now. The night the foal was born, the boy saw the old man standing at the gate of the yard just staring like a creep. Then he went in the barn and to his horror, the foal was born WITH NO FRONT LIMBS. His father informed him he'd have to kill it because it can't survive like that, but then told him "good news, we just found out your mother is pregnant! You're gonna have a little brother or sister!" The boy didn't look happy though. I'm assuming the ending is supposed to foreshadow that the new baby will also be cursed with no arms, just like the horse and the old man.
