This isn't a series I watch much. But, I did catch this segment.
It was quite well done, especially compared to the acting that is the norm for this series. It's hard to say for sure, but this story may be basis for an Out Limits episode on time travel. The story is good enough that I would not just watch it but try and record it if it is shown again.

Btw you should watch the show more if you haven't seen much of it. It's got a strong following and it's highly rewatchable. Perfectly spooky and entertaining.
That is a really beautiful and moving story, and a very good one acting-wise. I was glad it was a true one. I also fully agree with Shred-com; I'd highly recommend seeing as much as possible of the show. I've found that it's one of the most memorable, haunting, eerie ones ever made, and definitely puts you right in the Halloween spirit! ;) I watched my DVD set through again recently. Don't know how many times I've done that within the past few years, but it is rather addicting! Such a fun variety of stories that never become boring, even when you know how they all turn out!
