On the episode "The Cup Of Joe" wasn`t one of the teenagers Erika Alexander? From. "Living Single"? Her name didn`t show up on the credits or here on IMDb. ;-)
You'd have to look it up on YouTube and watch for the names at the beginning. I'd never heard of Erika before, but looking at photos of her, she does resemble the girl in the passenger seat. Beyond Belief credits are mysteriously missing from many actors' filmographies, so it is entirely possible.
