The evil woman from the ''Hot Car'' segment (SPOILER)

This segment was about a hippy couple who have an encounter with a mean woman driving a convertible. The hippies get busted stealing from a grocery store and try to make their getaway in a stolen car. As fate would have it, it was the car that the mean woman was driving. When the police catch them and open the trunk, they find a dead body in it. The hippies are arrested and charged with murder. It takes five years, but the hippies clear their names. They get married and are driving on the same road where they see a woman walking down the road. They pull over to give her a ride when she pulls out a gun and carjacks them. The former hippies call the police to report the crime, the woman gets captured and it's revealed to be the same woman they had encountered five years earlier. She had killed the other car's owner and put him in the trunk. If you remember this segment, do you know the actress who plays the murderer? When they showed her with blonde hair, she looked just like the doll from "Bride of Chucky".
