What disease has he got exactly ?

Nose bleeds and tremors. Some of the drugs he took were antihypertensive drugs, some were for hypotension (Epinephrine), some were for depression, some steroids and some were narcotics. What disease he had exactly ?

He has migraine headaches.

The headache symptoms have a lot in common with cluster headaches, but not an exact match.
