Has Miles never heard of an annulment? When he was worried about the torn pre-nup, why didn't he think of an annulment on terms of fraud, which is exactly what she committed? Means that no marriage, no settlement.

They had sex on their wedding night. Therefore, he can't ask for an annulment.

I really doubt that there is such a hard-and-fast rule as that. Procuring someone's "I do" by fraud appears to me to be sound grounds for seeking an annulment, regardless of whether the marriage is consummated.
