But there was Offspring playing in the background, and EVERYone was dancing in the same way, jumping up and down, including her friend, but Alba was like doing some weird dance with her wavy arms? Looked really out of place.

She was doing an angel dance cause it matched her costume not the music. To me it adds development to her character. But it is a stupid dance!
