It was night when she got on and day when she got off, and if so, how did spencer know were she was and was able to get there so quick, and if he could move that quick why didn't he just get her on the subway, more so why was the old women still on the train when jillian gets off.

No, it's a mistake in continuity.

It's night when she gets on subway and simply day when she gets off.

That's kind of ridiculous and funny and nevertheless interesting to watch.
