Was Spencer's New York Boss an Alien? What about his wife?
The movie clearly indicated it was some type of secret as to why this special plane was being built. So I am concluding the boss himself was an alien as well. What about the wife? I suspected she was human; since she was willing to help Jillian abort the twins. But how could she not question the purpose of this plane being built?
