...from the late 90's, starring Brad Pitt as the insane leader of a fringe underground group setting out to wreck havoc on society through guerilla tactics, and spouting anti-capitalism / anti-consumer society rhetoric? Oh yeah.... '12 Monkeys' !

12 monkeys was released in the mid-90s, so you must be thinking of Fight Club.

Yeah, just joking and pointing out the interesting (or maybe trivial) similarities between Pitt's character both films...
