The name of Michael Faraday figures in the movie. There are several allusions to the Michael Faraday of old, the experimental physicist who tinkered with a lot of apparatus on his bench.
The REAL genius behind the outlining of the electromagnetic spectrum was not Michael Faraday but JAMES CLERK MAXWELL. There was a man with a brain whose name justly comes down to us through history! Leave Faraday to his humble bench-top hobby.
