i also agree that this movie is sh!t, this is on my all time worst two hours spent in a theater list...i actually saw this movie in a theater and halfway through i was straigning my eyes in the dark to count the holes in the ceiling tiles....for anyone who liked this garbage, i hope your life is short...torture, pure torture

the warp drive scenes earn this movie a 1/10, and the various boobies and asses scattered throughout earn another 1/2 point. the part where the guy chucks the girl out into space after nailing her earns another point, but as ANYONE who gives two craps about science fiction knows, your head explodes when it is unexposed in space due to the pressure difference between space and the inside of your body. because this doesn't happen, 1/2 of the "nail-and-toss" scene's point is invalidated. 2/10 from me.

I can understand when someone really enjoys a movie and they are very obviously in the minority. So I'm not gonna attack you're defense of this film you very obviously enjoyed... but I can't help but make my opinion heard. I really thought this film sucked. There was a huge amount of gratuitous nudity and sex(not that I didn't enjoy it... but it was for the most part unnecessary, haha) and I found the plot rather thin and a great actor like Robert Forster (NOT James Coburn like someone else put on here) was just wasted. As for the philosophy in it, I didn't catch any of it.
If someone could point this out for me it would be great.

It was ok, not great but ok. I've seen alot worse.. the nudity was uhm interesting, pity they only used that travel thing once with everyone.. ;) hehe.. ok the physics thing.. i half thought we were gonna see em explode after they were expelled from the space ship its still ok though reguardless.
