I haven't seen this but it sounds very similar to a mix of Event Horizon and The Black Hole. Any thoughts? Is it worth seeing? Is there a book about the "making of" debarcle?

OMG.. event horizon was an unbelievable movie. Don't ask me why.. and DON'T LAUGH at me... but the first time i watched it i was home alone and had to stop watching it... and when my husband got home i made him sit in the room with me and watch the rest of it... i guess it frieked me out... LOL.

I was entertained by Supernova... I have seen a lot worse and a lot better.. but this movie did entertain...

Yo, when I watched SuperNova the first time, It freaked me
apart also and I wood not take the disc out of the drive
because I was afraid I would burn up the universe. They show
it in the extra's and there is a lot more and better freaky
footage on the DVD it is will worth owning.

I love EVENT HORIZON!!! (*grins*) - I hear the special edition DVD; with added scenes is being released near to December time?!?

I liked the first 25 minutes or so of Event Horizon, but then everything just spirals into the toilet after that. This movie... I think the disappointment started with the opening scene.

The Black Hole is a seriously underrated movie. Yes, this movie has similarities. A crazy person in outer space claiming to be friendly, but may not be what he seems. A character who thinks she will encounter someone from her past. A destructive force that could destroy the universe. But The Black Hole shows us what this situation might be if the crew were thinking about their jobs instead of thinking about sex sex sex.
