I couldn't find a scene for a R Rating. ßAt the beginning were some violence, then there were no bloody violence. It's no strong sexuality, only sexual references. In my opinion it could be rated:
PG-13 for sexuality, language, drug use and some violence
U see boobs. Nudity. End of discussion.

Well, I tend to think that when a movie contains a scene where a girl's neck is broken while she's performing oral sex, then you're just gonna get an R rating. And that's just in the first scene. Not that I'm complaining.
Well, technically, it couldn't have been rated R for frontal nudity cuz titanic was pg-13 and had frontal nudity. it was probably for language. if the "f word" is used more than like, 3 times, the mpaa people slap it w/ an r rating.
