Was there a song in the movie or used in the trailer for this film called "Paranoia"? Or paranoid? Or it says paranoia a lot in the song. I dunno. If you could help that'd be cool. Thanks! :)

Are you thinking of Harvey Danger's 'Flagpole Sitta', it's mentioned in the thread titled 'What's the song they're playing in the asylum?'.
The lyrics you might be thinking of are something like:
Paranoia, paranoia, everybody's coming to get me
Just say you never met me
It's towards the middle/end of the song, but that's the only line where they mention paranoia.
