What does she mean when Katie Holmes' Character says She cooks White trash.....?

Gavin says Rachel is "Cook's Ridge trash". I assume Cook's Ridge is the name of the trailer park where she lives.

For the longest time I wondered about that line too. They never really make it too clear where Cook's Ridge is, but it's one of my favorite lines in the movie.

My assumption is Cook's Ridge is the dumpy trailer park where she lives. We see it when Steve visits her after Gavin gets turned, and they watch his video.

its " cook's ridge trash...and cooks ridge is a trailer park taht katie lives in. and shes trash so gavin says " shes cooks ridges trash..<3.
