I hadn't seen this posted anywhere, so I figured I'd ask. Does anyone know what went on during the production of this movie? I just re-discovered by "Roswell" DVD's, and watched the audio commentary for the pilot episode (which was directed by David Nutter), and he spoke of just coming off a film that was plagued with production problems, and was pretty much the worst experience of his life. He doesn't mention the film, but he says that he was excited to work with William Sadler again.

Any insight?

well, judging by the fact that the movie is 84 minutes long & some of the deleted scenes SHOULD have stayed in the movie.
Maybe the producers of the movie had their final say about keeping the movie going & not having the director release his final version of the movie.

I still like the movie but it does seem a bit short to me & like I said before, some of the deleted scenes weren't bad & should have been kept in the movie.
