One thing I don't get...
When things were going down why didn't they just run? If a person I knew over night just changed and is completely different.. I would of been like wut!?! iam out...

I know what you mean which is what happened at the end. But where do you run to? What about where to live or change schools? Wherever you go can report it to the authorities but what was happening was kind of unbelievable and when you're a teen, adults suck and never believe you.
