underrated

first off i love this movie! i thought it had great acting (Marsden and Stahl were the standouts in my opinion, but Sadler runs a close second) and had a nice twist on the "body snatchers" and stepford wives plot. Anyway, i heard a lot of bad reviews for the film, so i watched it and personally i dont find it all that bad; great acting, nice twists and a cool dark atmosphere that helps the vibe of the film.

it sucks so much was cut from the film, but its great that the scenesare restored on the dvd making an already great film even better. i love the theatrical version, but watching the deleted scenes helps flesh the story out a lot more and the alternate ending is better in my opinion anyway (it offers a more kick-in the gut ending rather than a sequel ensuring twist)
