James Marsden shutter

Just out of curiosity, does he grind on anyone else's nerves. Or is it just me. Somthing about him just rubs me the wrong way I guess. I find him so irritating.

Nah, he's the reason I watched it in the first place. Here's a warning for those of you who haven't already been burned: watching a movie due to the hot lead is seldom a good idea.

Ever since I saw X-Men, I thought he seemed like a pretty good actor. Then I saw more of his work and hes done nothing but impress me since. Granted, I didnt love Sugar and Spice, but still he strikes me as a cool person and he's become one of my favorite actors.

He seems like the type of person I would be friends with lol. he doesnt really bother me.

I agree with both, I've always been a big fan of his, he seems like a genuinely cool dude and he's a solid actor too.

It's you. James Marsden is the main reason to watch this movie. I have seen most of his work, and he is awesome. I wouldn't mind looking like him either!!

i always laughed when he came on screen.. i always think of him in enchanted or in hairspray =D hard to watch a scary movie when you have seen him in those roles

I thought he was kind of annoying and wooden in this movie, but since then hes been improved as I think hes ok in X-men.

James Marsden is the *only* reason I own this movie. He is definately good in it in my opinion, plus he looks hot. why else would I watch this? Katie Homles?? (Yuck!)

James Marsden didn't annoy me in this movie at all. Quite the opposite, actually.

Nah, he is super vanilla and bland. Very forgettable performances. Even his admittedly good looks have something generic about them.

In response to OP, I don't really care for Marsden or Holmes, but neither of them really irritate me in this film.

Does this film have the best soundtrack ever?

Caught this movie on at my parent's house----even though it sounded like a rip-off of THE FACULTY or something---and found it to be not only actually pretty good, but actually suspenseful. I always thought Marsden was good-looking, but in an unusual way---he has those odd long cheekbones---not your typical white-bread look. He was also pretty good in a gangster drama called 10TH AND WOLF that barely got any attention when it came out in '06, but worth looking at,anyway.

He was kind of a jerk in "Straw Dogs" but then again everyone was supposed to be a jerk in that movie.

I must say he did annoy me too. He is not a very good actor, and this film shows that. He comes off as wooden, and he over-enunciates his words.
He is quite attractive though, and he has that going for him.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."
