Does anyone know where the movie was filmed? I grew up and lived most of my life in Osceola, Mo. It was the town burned to the ground by Jim Lane, Lawerence, KS was burned by Quantrill in retaliation.

Most of the makeup effects were actually done beforehand in Wilmington NC. I was one of the special f/x makeup artists on the film, I oversaw the production of Skeets amputation and gangrene effects as well as the blown off finger.
