The DVD I saw, had Nancy Cartwright's name among the cast. I don't see her on the list.

Nancy Cartwright isn't in this movie - but she was the voice of Chuckie from 2001 onwards, when his original voice actress, Christine Cavanaugh, retired.

Btw, Cavanaugh passed away not too long ago - December 24, 2014.
