Mine is The SpongeBob SqaurePants Movie.

mine is the Rugrats trilogy (collectively)
2nd favorite is Good Burger....not based on a cartoon, but its based on a nick show, so I still count it
3rd favorite is The Spongebob Squarepants Movie
