FBI officers
In the beginning when they stalk the guy,one FBI officer with a hand-held camera,bends over a car,tapes the guy with open side LCD screen and while doing these he acts like he is alone and does hot shot moves,he is in the middle of street and surrounded tens of people , and nobody cares about him? Nobody points him with finger and asks what's he doing ? or pause to give a querying look? Other female FBI officer across the street carries a single headphone on her ear and it is so apparent and huge that anyone can spot it from 50ms distance.
