Ok I don't get the scene where the guy brings the suitcase full of money into the office, and says something like "we found this on him, full of a large number of low denomination bills", and the FBI guy replies "smurfs?".

Not sure what you mean by "smurfs." I'd have to watch it again. As for the sex question, he doesn't come right out and say it, but he insults her in a way that implies he knows.

In banking, smurfing refers to splitting of a large financial transaction into multiple smaller transactions, each of which is below a minimum limit (such as $10,000) above which banks must report any financial transaction, precisely for the purpose of evading scrutiny by regulators or law enforcement. Someone who smurfs is a smurf in this context. Usually hired by drug runners and usually more than one to move an large amount of cash to launder it.
