are jim and his mother the only humans in the galaxy?

Just because you don't SEE any other humans doesn't mean they don't exist.

Jim's father was also human too, but you can never see his face during the flashbacks.

I actually do remember seeing a few humans in the scene where Jim and his mother reunite at the space port. They were in the backround.
shareReally? I don't remember that! I recall that someone point out a familar disney character in the background somewhere when Jim got back home and reunited with his mother Sarah, but I forgot who it was. I think it was Belle or somebody else.
