I'm only putting this board on this forum because Scroop is my nomination for best Disney villain (DV). He's just a little prick. Most DVs are just eerie, but this guy is actually scary.

I go for Professor Ratigan. He's just so deliciously EVIL. Vincent Price knocked it out of the park with his portrayal.

I vote for Scar from The Lion King, because (I'm pretty sure)he is the ONLY villain to hands (paws)on kill someone, and his own brother no less. Thats pretty evil.

Szabu, I agree. I found Frollo to be the scariest Disney villain by far.
shareFrollo, he kills someone in the first 5 minutes of the film, and is about to kill a second right after, he also sets fire to a house that people are inside of just because they could not give proper information... he is so evil it isnt even funny!

Frollo because he kills someone in the first few minutes of the film and almost kills someone else, a baby
no less, 5 seconds later, sets fire to a house with an entire family inside, tries to kill an entire population, and
tries to rape Esmeralda.
