Trinity running to the phone booth makes no sense

Think about it; she DID make it - marginally. Just barely. Could not have been a closer.. if you don't mind the pun.. call.

Rewind a little bit and think of yourself in Trinity's place. You see the phone booth - great! Then you see the garbage truck do the illogical 'hit the breaks instead of swerve towards the phone booth'-maneuver.

Would you make the conclusion that:

01) You are definitely gonna make it, no matter how close a call
02) You are definitely NOT gonna make it, better find some alternative
03) You are PROBABLY not gonna make it with all these agents riding around, better find something else
04) You could POSSIBLY make it, but it's not worth the risk with so many agents and it would be a ridiculously close call anyway

I mean, WHY would she make the stupidest decision in that situation - to RUN TOWARDS THE PHONE BOOTH thinking she will most likely make it...? IN THAT SITUATION? REALLY?

Would you take _THAT_ risk (she probably had like 0.01 seconds margin, if THAT)...

..or just say 'fjyck it, let's find some other phone booth'?

It makes NO sense that she'd make THAT choice and risk her life and everything when the agents are already so close to destroying the phone booth... does it?

No, it doesn't It makes no sense.

BEWARE! Avortac4 is a troll trying to waste everyone's time with such idiotic comments. Look at his posts. He doesn't think anything in any film makes sense. His post may seem like it makes sense in the first sentence or two. But he always quickly wanders off into a completely idiotic idea, and then writes a wall of text that makes no sense. And his sole purpose is to waste your time, thinking he's cute for doing so. Don't feed the troll. If you write a comment, you're giving this troll EXACTLY what he wants. Don't comment after my comment.

Trinity would have to call Operator and find another exit. It could be anywhere and cops would swarm it given they know she’s going for the phone booth.

What’s to say she won’t die in that. She’d be more tired and more hurt and be killed.

Better to take a chance with this given the phone is ringing and all she has to do is pick it up and make it.

Worth the shot with her adrenaline pumping saying “Go. go. Go” like how she willed herself with “Get up Trinity”
