Red pill v Blue Pill (with a twist)
What would you choose in a real-life scenario if the red pill could magically give you the truth about your existence and the meaning behind it? The cost would be having to forego many physical pleasures of life, not necessarily eating a juicy piece of meat as Cypher refers to but foregoing carnal pleasures like porn, masturbation, adultery, polygamy, fornication (sex outside marriage).
As Cypher says, ignorance is bliss, so would you prefer to remain in ignorance or learn a greater truth at a price?
