One episode I remember watching as a kid, and I looked for it on the episode guide but couldn't find it. Isn't there an episode where Bebop and Rocksteady become good guys, or help the turtles for the episode? In that same episode, didn't Krang and Shredder get kicked out of Dimension X by other villains planning on taking over?

After they screw up one too many times, Shredder fires Bebop and Rocksteady. They try to make the Foot Soldiers more intelligent, but a glitch (caused by B^R) makes the first Foot Soldier so smart that he overthrows Krang and Shredder, then banish B&R to Earth, where they team up with the Turtles to stop the Foot Soldiers from trapping everyone on Earth in Dimension X.
