Chronologically confused about TMNT DVD's

So I'm borrowing the title of an AVGN video here, being that I'm confused about the order in which I'm supposed to watch these episodes.

Clearly the episode order on the DVD's is wrong, but I can't find anywhere on the internet that tells me what is considered the "correct" order to watch them. Do I watch them in order of air date? Production number? Something else entirely (I notice that the European side season stands between episodes 1 & 2 of season four)?

It's pretty confusing!

Most fans accept the aired order as an ok order but we place the European vacation episodes after Plan 6 from Outer Space in Season 4.

This is the order that makes the most sense so far so I go with this:

Having said that fans have on at least one website tried to reconstruct the episodes into an order that makes more sense but it depends whether you agree with their episode order or not. The above link shows at least an order that somewhat makes sense. Whether you feel it could be better means you may want to find some fan episode order guides.

Thanks, in that case I think watching them in order of air date seems the best way to go, with the exception of the European vacation as most people seem to accept that it belongs at the beginning of season 4.

I'm halfway through season 3 at the moment so needed some guidance soon as the DVD order starts getting really screwed up!

Yes watch the Euro episodes after the first episode of Season 4. The show will make sense apart from that by air date order.

It's also worth noting that season 7 chronologically begins after "Super Irma" in season 6.

That episode guide makes no sense. Planet of the Turtleloids clearly takes place after My Brother the Bad Guy. Sky Turtles should be sooner in Season 3.

I recently got the Turtle Van full set for Christmas and I saw on Amazon how people were talking about the episodes being out of order. Guess Ill just use IMDB for a guide.

Anybody else have the collection and have any issues I should know about besides episode order?
