The song is called "Mune ga Dokidoki". And I know the lyrics, because I listened to the whole song and memorized it. Except for that one line, I can't figure out what it says.

in english, the name of the song is "my heart throbbing chest" by the high-lows, which is a japanese band. this website has lyrics for different songs, but it won't do any good unless you want to sing in japanese: http://www.angelfire.com/blues/vantotoro/conan_lyric.htm

What the holy blessed @?% are the lyrics of the end theme? I swear it's all in Japlish/Engrish. The first few lines sound moderately English, then it lapses into something totally baffling, and concludes with a mishmosh of the two. I would very much like to shoot myself at the end of each episode.

Yeah, that's because he's quoting the original lyrics, the dub lyrics go more like:

(I should point out these are just off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure they're out of order and that a line or two may be missing. I couldn't find any sites with the dub lyrics, so this is the best I could do.)

if you turn on the close caption on the TV, you can see the lyrics for the ending song.. but it was that cut-off version that they're showing now on Adult Swim. But the song after that point is pretty easy to understand anyway.
