I just went to adultswim.com only to realize that on November 8th Case Closed will stop coming on. What's the deal? Does Funimation need to get more episodes? It's going to get replaced with Wolf's Rain. I’m glad that Wolf’s Rain is coming on, cause it gives me a chance to watch it from the beginning. But it also pisses me off. Lupin will also get replaced with Witch Hunter Robin. I never liked Lupin the 3rd, so I'm kind of glad it's gone.

So, does anyone know if Case Closed will get shown again? It's mutch too popular to get rid of. It makes me sad.

Probably. More than likely, they need to buy and translate more episodes. Its fanbase is growing by the day so I would be surprised if they took it off.

And how can you not like Lupin? That show is so damn funny.

I figured that was the reason. I never really watched Lupin any. It seemed funny, but I never got around to watching it.

Actually, I heard that "Case Closed" will simply go on a brief hiatus come November 8th.

However, it will return in the Spring with brand new episodes from the Japanese third season.

In addition, it is heavily RUMORED that Adult Swim will air one of the "Case Closed" movies in Spring 2005.

well I doubt the thing bout not enought ep. cuz I looked at the funimation sight and it says that there are something like 70 some episodes translated and if they stop the 8th then they will just barely make it to where they were when it started over last time

yea jus checked 67 translated and if they cut it off at the 8th we'll be on episode 46-47(finished 46 night of 47)

It's RUMORED that a Case Closed movie will air on Adult Swim in Spring! Yes, that probably means that it will come out on DVD earlier!

I am so happy I found a ton of people who like CC/DC!
But I want to blow up the person's head who said to take it off! Lupin was a good show too! I was going to buy the DVDs, but they are all mixed up and is expensive! I have a few episodes because 1:00 AM! Come on, I need to sleep!
