When is the first time that Conan's inability to 'hold a tune in a bucket' is first seen in the show?

i've seen that reference for the first time in episode 19 "wedding day blues". now i'm at episode 60 "footsteps of the hero" and hadn't heard about it anymore.

While Conan inability to sing was mentioned in Wedding Day blues/June bride Murder Case (ep.18), you first hear him singing in The Kidnapping of a Popular Artist Case (part 1) and The Kidnapping of a Popular Artist Case (part 2 (eps. 81 and 82) It was really funny because they featured the japanese VA of Conan as a singer in a band called Two-Mix. It was a good ep, I think Conan sings in it three times, twice in a karaoke and once in a concert. However, I haven't seen all the eps between 18 and 81.
