1. I only no of 2 but it could be more now.
2. I dont know. I havent seen any of his episodes yet. But I know he appears in that 3 parter and I think he is also one of the movies. But Im not sure.

shareConan has turned back into Shinichi 3 times that i know of. Episode 52, 190 and the 7th movie. There have been either 2 or 3 flashbacks where you see shinichi.
Kaitou Kid has appeared in a couple episodes, the black pearl one, magic lovers club one, Kaitou Kid vs Kudo Shinichi, Kaitou Kid's walk on air, and i know a couple of more manga but i dont know what they were called. He has been in OVA 1, 4, and 6.

Off the Topic Question: what exactly is the difference between OVA's and special episodes. I've only seen the first one (Yaiba VS. Kaito Kid VS. Shinichi) and the most recent one (i think, it was the one with Heiji)
