Kaitou Kid and Jimmy Kudo
I once read (wikipedia)that Kaitou Kid knew that Conan was Jimmy/Shin'ichi.
When the hell did that happen?

Oh, so there was never a specific incident or episode where Kaitou said 'Holy *beep* that kid is Kudo!'?
Then again, it is not surprising that a guy who can fit a hang glider in a cape would be able to figure out than Conan = Kudo.

According to Japanese wikipedia,
the 3rd movie "The Last Wizard of the Century"
established it when Kid listened to the conversation between Conan and Dr. Agasa.
However it's been kept ambiguous in the original manga series
if Kid knows Conan=Sin'ichi.
(I must have seen the movie but I don't remember such scene.
It was years ago and it didn't impress me.)
